class quest question

is it worth doing class quests if you alrady have that class to 50? will you miss out on anything if you dont do every quest for that class?

some one told be i had to do up to the lvl 15 quest to get into the other guilds but is that all i need?

I think there are 2 skills that need to be unlocked via class quests per class that u dont automatically obtain by just being 50. I dont know all of them but cure 2 for whm and the throwing skills for mele classes come to mind
