    The Server is Not Responding [30413][10009][10019]

    That is the error I get when trying to install the game once I sign into the launcher. It will begin downloading and all of a sudden it will stop and that is when I get the error. I have tried every method that has been suggested by Square-Enix, such as disable startup programs, antivirus, try different browsers, forward ports, upgrade firmware on router, reset router, start in admin. mode I even tried safe mode with networking. I have windows 7 and bought the digital download CE copy of the game.

    I am at a loss which is why I am now posting here. I must also add that when I get this error it knocks my entire network offline. Once I close out the program my network comes back up. I have tried various other online games and this is the only one that causes my network to crash.

    I have been having the same error for months. So far no solutions. I've tried verifying I have the right client, disabling firewalls, anti-virus, opening ports on router, working with my ISP, following all instructions on the https://support.na.square-enix.com/f...=364&subject=a page, etc. I have a support ticket pending with Square Enix, but no word from them yet. It has been really frustrating not being able to get around this error and not being able to get technical support for it.

    I'm running Windows 8 and my ISP is Time Warner.

    Still no luck. Tried running it on my friend's PC on his connection and got the same error. Tried working with my ISP last night but nothing we tried seemed to resolve it. I'm at a loss on this issue.

    Same here I repaired registry errors and renewed my ip address. I put a ticket in with support but I am not holding my breath I guess I will just play WoW in the meantime.

    im getting same problem.......first prob was script errors so I reinstalled and got 11035 5 1990 5 FF XIV boot error and figured out how to fix it on my own after a couple days and now im getting the same error as u guys also waiting on response from FF XIV support
