Hello im new on FF and i wonder how can i change my company becouse i play with some friend and they chose all serpent and i didnt know it and i chose flame.
If somebody can help me ill appreciate it.

Yes you can, you should speak to i believe the officer at the hall of the Serpents, and you can change your loyalty. It's as simple as that.

i think i read somewhere u needed a certain rank to change GC? u lose all ur progress n rank for ur current 1 tho when u switch ;/

What are the differences? Is it just about whom I'm playing together or are there really differences?

Heard about different armor and/or weapon skins. Any info or overview where I can check this?

You can join Grand Company after you finish Lord of the Inferno quest.

1. Complete Lord of the Inferno quest
2. Speak with Minfilia at Waking Sand
3. Start "A Hero in Making Quest"
4. Go to three town to listen the leaders of grand company's speech. (Gridania, Limsa Lominsa, Ul' Dah)
5. Back and speak with Minfilia at waking sand.
6. (Important) Speak with the representatives from 3 Grand Companies. If you decide to join the order of twin adder, speak a person in yellow cloth.

Once you choose the grand company, you can't join or change to other grand companies. Choose wisely.
