Mailbox / Delivery System NEEDED !

I cant stress this enough, and theres been countless topics & posts about the lack of this functionality.
It's no wonder i have 5 characters with no 10 retainers, wich are almost full of items.

What pains me is to wait for someone i trust in my LS to hold some items for me while i log into my other character & pick up those items.

Besides my ls members arnt always online when i am.
And the 2nd option...to sell my stuff to my own characters are too risky.

Please for the love of ...anything, consider adding this feature soon.
Either as a mailbox or a Delivery NPC.

We really do need a mailbox function, if only for ease of trading materials. If someone I know wants a certain material that I have, we have to go meet up in a city if they're online and if they're not I'm stuck holding it until we can both meet up. It could also be a small gilsink, just require a small fee for delivery maybe scaling in relation to the item.

Honestly it's a luxury feature and can wait until after the battle updates but it is a feature that would make things go much more smoothly.

Very much agreed with bolded. Definitely something i'd like to see in the near future, but not one of the things we need right now. Still a like button press from me OP, I do agree, but I see it lower on the priority list at this point.

I'm still waiting they implement a mailbox, it IS really a basic function that is still missing.

Well, the title did do a great job of getting me exited to read the post.
Although I am sad now, I did enjoy the 4 seconds it took me to scroll though the OP for a link.

Edit: Changing to a ! was a terrible idea, your excitement for the upcoming mailbox system fueled my excitement.

Well thats good, maybe SE realizes more people really do Need it asap.

The purpose of sending items is to send items / mats to players that arnt nearby, in another city. so u dont have to waste anima just to deliver some gil, items etc.
People could log off and still expect to get their items when oter player isnt online.

ANd mailbox, well to me it dosent matter if its delivery system or mailbox. Leaving a message with items would be cool i guess.
