Mailbox / Delivery System NEEDED !

I cant stress this enough, and theres been countless topics & posts about the lack of this functionality.
It's no wonder i have 5 characters with no 10 retainers, wich are almost full of items.

What pains me is to wait for someone i trust in my LS to hold some items for me while i log into my other character & pick up those items.

Besides my ls members arnt always online when i am.
And the 2nd option...to sell my stuff to my own characters are too risky.

Please for the love of ...anything, consider adding this feature soon.
Either as a mailbox or a Delivery NPC.

As much as I agree that we could use a mailbox function, there needs to be boundaries with it so that people aren't constantly getting 1000 eggs and selling them for 500 gil each and messing up the economy, for example.

Unique items shouldn't be watered down so easily. Of course, these "mutilators of the system" will have to pay for the extra accounts eventually anyway...

I came up with the idea why they don't implement this system... yet.
Implement this mail system need another "system" to send/receive/store mails that circulate in system..I must say it's a big load.
And from my point of view, they "Didn't" design this system at first place because they didn't plan to implement AH at first place too. ( as you can see in other MMO, the item you buy/bid from AH, you can get it via mail system. )

So..No design, then no mail system, then no server to operate this task.

Why they buy the time with some excuse like server issue?
Answer is simple... YOU PLAYING THIS GAME FOR FREE!

Why SE have to invest in Server/System and get more cost for the game that can't generate income yet.

Conclusion;
I think SE added this feature in their fix list but.. set it to very low priority :P

They had to be fairly close to implementing something I mean, heck the original bonus item code sheets talked about auctions and mail systems.

But seriously they should have implemented this by now, all I keep hearing is more and more excuses and honestly those are old and repetitive.

Now here's a crazy thought....

Why not let us use our retainers for something more than just selling crap.

We already paying tax for them to rent a stand, selling crap etc, they might aswell deliver my "Mail", make deliveries.

And hellz no...i dont mind if i have to spend 2~hours doing a pre-quest to unlock this feature.

So ya im suggesting our Retainers do the Delivery feature for us.
No need to build & put up mailboxes everywhere, wich obviously seems to be tricky work. (..lol sarcasm)

Then again...wishful thinking here... i rather have my mailbox outside my "MH" / house near a lake in coerthas... but, aye...wishful thinking. >.<

Have moogles standing in town you can talk to to get mail (floating would be cool). and in the future for portable mailboxes have a moogle flute of some sort to have them come flying or running to you so you could talk to them.
