THM Hunting Guide

The lvl 49 cohorts needed for the log are all in Thanalan to the north of the Vesper Bay. You need the Imperial Outpost.
The other ones for the log are in East Shroud to the East from Sylphlands.

I cant seem to be able to find the Plasmoid's in Outer La Noscea in Iron lake, seems ive run all over, even down in mines, which iam only lvl 37, manged to get in and out, any help on finding this would be greatly appreciated. wish there was a guide out for mobs, and where to find them.

Ignore them a bit,
although there are some LV40 Plasmoids, most of them are 43+
Follow your story and you'll pass them eventually in HUGE numbers at the adequate level.
(the only mobs I've spend searching, found the first ones being LV45 whilst I was LV40)
