No he stated in the long post on this forums that this server upgrade and maintenance is ment for both EU/NA and Japan data centers. It was miss understood and was never ment to be just for Japan data centers.

What long post? And exactly what is the reasoning that they are only returning lost days to those with a legacy account? Are they intentionally trying to lose potential customers?

no compensation is for everyone that has an active account not just legacy account.

Is that the right link? Because I don't see anything in there that says any of the things you mentioned, about the server changes on the 4th were meant for the both data centers/etc.

That link details all the work that they are doing then the other link i posted expresses the compensation and when they are starting the work. they are starting teh maintenance on JP time not just for JP servers....

this is the one that talks about the free time and when they are starting the maintenance.

think of it this way.. if it was for just the JP servers then there would be no need to express the fact its JP time. its like saying if i live in florida and im gonna go to the beach i tell my friend meet me there at 4pm he knows 4pm est time cause well we live in florida. Now if im gonna tell someone in Cali that im going to the beach today at 4pm i need to say EST because he will need to know im talking about 4pm my time not his time. So since the servers are coming down the 4th JP time they are letting everyone know that the servers are coming down at that time not just people in japan.

You seem to be uninformed. You really aught to look around the forum instead of jumping straight to Technical Support. I was guilty of that a while back. They are considering giving an added 7 days to the already 30 days free trial play to all player accounts
