Day 9 of my first ticket still no response from any of my tickets. Last night I submitted my third ticket. I do believe that support center is really doing a poor job. My support ticket was concerning my pre-order bonus for the PS3. I received an email today stating that my ticket was about a beta invitation. This is extremely stupid, I have been involved with testing since alpha and continued testing until launch. I am very disappointed in the way SE is handling issues. I would like to know if there is a way to speak with someone in a higher position than the unsupported support center.
