Day 8 from my first ticket, I am attempting a third ticket (this is getting frustrating and old). Here is my details in the ticket:

This is my 3rd ticket regarding this issue. I have not received a response from my first two attempts. I originally received an EU PS3 code. I have never received a NA code (I am from the NA region). I mistakenly added that code to a new account that I created, I created the account saying I was from the UK. I cannot receive my pre order bonus material now. What exact details are needed to have this fixed?

Will someone at SE help me with this matter??
