I was thinking while out farming today, would this be a tad less annoying, when fighting mobs, to have some form of organization of your abilities and how you use them.
For example, everyone tends to have their hotbar setup the way they like right, right! So what if we had some form of indication to stack our attacks and abilities so we can "see" how they are going to play out in the battle.
Say I'm fighting a marmot, its fairly simple easy to kill so im going to use straight phys attacks.
(1,2,1,2...etc maybe even a 4,5) something like that. Boom easy kill the way you want it.
What if we had a system where when you are fighting it will register the attacks you plan on doing and the order they will take place? I'm terrible at explanations but I want to input certain combos into my battle plan and execute just those combos but in a more simplistic way(I'm tired of jamming my keys over and over to make sure it finally registered to carry that attack out)
I want some form of visual aid, be it icons, a small sidebar that shows it (and by small I mean small) in the order I put them and which my character is going to then execute. I cant understand why we dont have it already, and I'm sure ppl will argue you're attacks can be interrupted, Totally true, part of the game, as are status effects (grrr sleep) but if we do succumb to those it would wipe the plan we had set from the board, empty, your characters awaiting orders. So you then input you're next strategy right, right! They then execute the attacks you input in the order you want.
Idk If I'm just a tard or something but this is one of my first posts and I've been fiddling with this game for about a month now. Met few to no people who are helpful blah blah blah (I didnt say nice, people are mostly nice) So if I'm dumb or you guys wanna add something to this, go for it, I want to shoot ideas back and forth (because I'm garbage at explanations without visual aids) on this idea because I know they were thinking of an auto attack feature but it hasn't been decided (methinks)
Anyways, I think a tweaked general idea of this in the game may really help some casual players out or any player for that sort, it lets you develop you're unique set of abilities and strategies that you use in combat and really put them out there with ease. At least IMO it would xD but I'm just a player.
