    Account Suspended and WILL NOT accept my registration code... this is BAD.

    --UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED as of 2:25pm CST (9/01/13)--

    Try signing in via game launcher and re-registering your DIGITAL RIGHTS code, and ENSURE YOU USE CAPS for the letters. I did this previously but it appears their server to authenticate is now communicating properly for registration. good luck and keep this thread updated with any success or continuing problems!!

    [So, I try to log in today. I get an alert saying i must reset my password dude to a "suspected" security breach. so, i do that, next it asks for my registration code... i have tried my early access code, my beta code, as well as the product digital rights code i recieved upon purchase via email. none of these are working. so, I am currently unable to play the game i paid for... this is not just some server issue, this is essentially a ban on my account that I cannot lift via the system theyve put in place. needless to say I am pissed... anyone PLEASE help...]

    For the fastest resolution; your best bet is to create a support ticket and call the Square Enix Costumer Service Phone Line: 858-790-7529; Mon-Fri. Waiting around on them to e-mail you will surely take longer than sitting on hold for 3 hours. The choice is yours!

    this is a horrible series of launch errors. if i have to call in my free time and sit on hold for 3 hours just to MAYBE resolve this issue that shouldnt have ever existed in the first place... something is being horribly mismanaged. I was ok with the beta problems and even ok with the server issues due to high volume, but now I am effectively banned from playing the game i PAID for.... :/ I'm about to throw up.

    where is a number to call? can't find one anywhere... i just sent through a support ticket and im not about to wait 3 weeks for a half-assed reply telling me to check my spam inbox like i don't matter.....

    Same thing happened to me today game is registered though even though it keeps asking for one..... I don't know I tried setting up the subscription service the other day and it worked for one account but not the other????

    good luck getting this fixed, apparently people have already waited for days to get account issues fixed and on top of that the entire customer service department is taking labor day off lol gotta love it right?
