have you read the EULA? They are covered, legally, for all this down time.

Regardless, if they simply give everyone days equal to how long the server issues were going on, they're basically not giving players any compensation whatsoever, because you were already denied those days all they're doing is returning them so that you have the same amount of days to play that you would have without these server issues. It doesn't address compensation for the frustration people had to go through not being able to play for that length of time. That is bad business practice, and will result in loss of potential customers.
I don't disagree there is no compensation for your frustration. Don't get me wrong there. I am insanely frustrated that I have not been able to play every time I want to log in since Early Access. But I just choose not to have hopes or demands for compensation. Really, I have paid 30 dollars for a game I have not been able to play whenever I want. I have not spent a dollar on access time yet. While my "free time" is bundled into the price of my game, let's say that I spent 14.99 on the access and 15.00 on the game itself. They owe me .50 cents a day for every day I cannot play. So a day per day exchange would be fair. But I have played. I can't lie and say I haven't. I play more overnights. I have a level 25 Lancer with other Jobs at level 20,15,10, etc. You have not gotten to play at all from the looks of your level, so I understand you are obviously more frustrated that I am. But, this is a game. You can do other things. But you are not wrong for being upset. no one is.Regardless, if they simply give everyone days equal to how long the server issues were going on, they're basically not giving players any compensation whatsoever, because you were already denied those days all they're doing is returning them so that you have the same amount of days to play that you would have without these server issues.
