How about instead of demanding another month free for up to 11 days of issues (including EA, which not every single pre-ordered) we get what we think we are due, which is a free day for every day there were issues this launch. Including Early Access, which you did not even need a retail key for, means as of the 4th, 11 days of extra play time.

However, if Square Enix does this because it is the right thing to do, then they are on par with their customer service level. According to the EULA you agreed to when you signed up for your account, Square Enix makes no guarantee the game will be available all the time. So they could go the PR route nightmare and say forget it. But I doubt they will do the latter.
