    So many people complaining. Yes it sucks that we cant all play but demanding 1 month free for a couple of weeks of hiccups is not cool. I love this game and for me I have been able to play. This weekend though is a complete lockout for me. I am happy that they are even considering giving us time. It shows to me that they care about us and dont want to burn too many bridges. Also if any of you have played any MMO game in the past when it is launched you will know that things like this happen a lot. It is the norm. It is why a lot of my friends wait a month after the launch before they play a new game. They want the company to work out all the bugs. So my suggestion to you complainers, if you dont want to deal with the glitches and bugs of a game that has just been launched then do what my friends do, wait. I myself will be looking forward to this week to see if they improve their servers like they have said they are doing.

    This is exactly my point, and it would likely have this same effect on a LOT of people who have decided to not bother playing after the free trial. They slapped everyone who supported their game by buying at or a few days after launch in the face by offering NO compensation for the wasted time and added frustration of this week. Everyone who buys the game after they fix the server issues will have the same 1 month of trial time that we will all have after their "7 days compensation" except they won't have had even a second of the frustration. So we'll have the same thing as players buying the game after the server issues, except we get the bonus of all the frustration and wasted time without any form of compensation for it. They could stand to sway a lot of players into changing their minds about not playing this game after all this if they'd just offer reasonable compensation. 7 days after we haven't been able to play 8 days is exactly equal to offering NO compensation at all, and in fact those who bought the game on launch day end up losing a day of their trial month anyway (Since the servers are supposed to be fixed on the 4th and the 27th of August to the 4th of September is 8 days, since there are 31 days in August).

    atm we have been having issues for 5 (Live) days. They are already saying at least 7 days free game time to every active subscription. And may actually be more.

    They didn't say "at least" they said it's "possibly 7 days". And they will be added on the 4th. The 4th is when the server issues are supposed to be repaired so saying it's only been 5 days means nothing since these issues are going to be here until they fix the servers on the 4th, the servers won't miraculously get better by themselves before that date. Meaning that any way you slice it, if you bought the game on launch day you're looking at having dealt with 8 days of these issues, no ifs ands or buts about it. 27th of Aug. to the 4th of Sept. is 8 days exactly (since there are 31 days in August). Meaning that everyone who bought the game on the 27th still end up having 1 day of their trial period wasted on this nonsense.

    why would you think they should give you a whole month? You already know there are issues and its your own choice to keep trying to log in. NO one is pulling your arm or making you press the button. The problem should be fixed wendsday or so yosh says. everyone just needs to calm down and be paitent

    The fact that some of you think you should get a free month for a week worth of issues that will be compensated with another free 7 days worth of subscribtion is down right laughable. Just be happy that they are doin' everything they can to make up for their mistake of not having enough servers for everyone to play on. Be happy that they worked so hard to bring this amazing game to us and stop complaining about things thats being worked on already. Its pointless.

    Not compensated with another free 7 days, since I will have not been able to play for 8 days at that point. Meaning that not only did I not get to use those 7 days that were returned to me (RETURNED TO ME, NOT COMPENSATION, RETURNED WHAT WE RIGHTFULLY SHOULD HAVE HAD ACCESS TO IN THE FIRST PLACE) but i'll be shorted 1 day anyways. As I said, for North American players who bought on the 27th of August, when they fix the servers on the 4th of September exactly 8 days with these issues will have passed (there are 31 days in August). I don't understand how this is such a difficult concept for people to understand. You're not being compensated at all, you're just being refunded the time that you should have had access to in the first place. In fact the only people who actually make out alright are those who buy the game on the 4th AFTER they fix the server issues, since they'll have the same amount for free trial days as us, except they will have been spared the frustration of all the server problems and wasted time that everyone before that had to suffer through.

    During the P3 and P4 beta we told them that this was going to happen they have had more then enough time to implement a solution so maybe not a month of game time but say another 10 or so would not be out of the question.

    Atleast you're gettin the 7 days returned to you and should be happy with that. I know I am. If we happen to get more days than that then its a plus.

    you do know its the 4th JP time which is the 3rd here... so 7 days. What do you think you are entitled to more? you agree'ed and acknowledge when you signed up for the game that access to the servers are not guaranteed. Be happy they are refunding us 7 days of missed time. further more have you missed 168 hours of game time... NO thats 7 days worth of game time. I know i dont game 24 hours a day. i game maybe 4 to 6 at most i missed 42 hours of game time. but wait... i did play part of that at least 2 hours a night so i missed a grand total of 28 hours in those 7 days of 1017. and they are thankfully giving me 7 whole free days.
