    Preorder code redemption: Region bad

    So, I have a NA account and whenever I try to redeem my preorder code to get the bonus items it tells me that the preorder code is for a different region and that I am unable to redeem it. I decided to use this NA/EU server downtime to see if there was anything that I could do to fix this issue outside of emailing SE support (which I've already done) Any suggestions?
