    Strange Issues.

I'm looking for some pro advice here. I am not as savvy as I once was when it comes to technical matters; a fair amount of players have more experience playing the game thus far. I am looking to purchase a Radeon graphics card with a $100-150 budget. My specs are below.

Obviously my current system can barely handle an atari game in it's virgin state; nonetheless I can get it to sputter forth. I've recently just built this computer, not knowing a lot about integrated graphics cards and whathaveyou. Windows did an automatic update while I upgraded some drivers, unbeknowst to me, and my entire graphics device, drivers and all, disappeared from existence. Thus the real problem occurred, my entire OS looked like an NES menu screen. I've done what I could through trial and error and finally remedied the problem by wiping the drivers and registry and reinstalling the motherboard's core driver disk because for some reason any up to date driver found by Window's Update or on the ATI website wouldn't work with FFXIV.

Amazing though, that the update deleted my drivers and device info. I have many neuroses, one being sweet booby flavored graphics, another being my repugnance towards Window's Updater for stealing 8 hours out of my ignorant, wana put my head in a wood chipper forever, filled day.

    Thank you.

In order for us to be able to offer advice for a new video card, we need to know what power supply you have.

If you could take a look inside the computer to find the make and model, and then provide a link to it.

If you can not find a link, then we need to know wattage and amps for 3.3V, 5V and 12V which you can find on a label on the side of the PSU.
