    I haven't seen anywhere that it is maintenance. The servers are all up and online, it's just the restrictions that are preventing us from logging in.

    Chances are you cannot connect to the lobby server. Happened to me a few times already this morning...

    No maintenance, just major server congestion. Basically what happens is the servers fill up, giving the "World is full" error, which causes players to set up keyboard macros which spam Numpad 0, which overwhelms the world list servers, so then they stop responding, so players try over and over to get the list until they overwhelm the lobby server which causes the Start button to be unavailable. Then those players come to the forums and start yet another 1017 thread (not referring to you here) and so many people start nerd raging in those threads that the forums go down. Meanwhile, all those people are blaming SE when really they only have themselves to blame.
