I understand and fully comprehend the difficulties you have been having as per your open letters on August 27 and 29, and your apologies are noted.

When I am able to log in to the game without being told the server is full, and when I am able to play the game whenever I like with no arbitrary delays, then and only then will I accept your apology.

Until that time, I reserve my judgement. Godspeed, Yoshi-P, in getting the game fixed. You resurrected the game from 1.0. If anyone can handle this, it's probably you.

Not even going to bother to defend myself. My original post highlights my personal feelings on the matter, and they will remain unchanged.

They warned literally everyone about server capacity, you are quite right I'd rather be able to play with my current members than for everyone allowed in making new characters and have server crashes/queues/etc. There are *actual* limits to how much a server can hold, if your friends mean more than you than your server I'm sure they will open new ones up to transfer to.
Does it suck? Sure, but it's /firstworldproblems.

This game is completely shattering records for concurrent connections in a JMMORPG. He's doing what he can.

I just got in on my first try in seconds. Compared to my earlier experience this morning where I had to log in 10 times to get in.
