Intentionally creating more work for the clean up crew won't bring the servers back any quicker. My pointing out this flawed logic does not impact my desire to play the game.

It's not necessarily true that the JP players get better service, you have to keep in mind the time difference.

Pretty much this. If you were trying to log into JP server during JP peak time, you'd be getting the same errors (Japanese blog posts on lodestone are complaining about not being able to log in.

It's actually true. I'm on a NA server, but I live on the other side of the world. I've never had any login problems, except one time I had to wait in a queue of 7 people. It's all about when you're trying to play.
