Why is the 'Cancel Service' button not displaying?

I'll give the game 30 days, but I'm concerned that a 'Cancel Subscription' button is not available.

Have you input your credit card information yet? I put in my code, but no credit card info. That could be why you cannot cancel it? Can't cancel what you aren't actually subscribed to.
