Why is the 'Cancel Service' button not displaying?

Have you input your credit card information yet? I put in my code, but no credit card info. That could be why you cannot cancel it? Can't cancel what you aren't actually subscribed to.

That would be problematic, it would basically mean that you'd have to wait until day one of the subscription, at which point it's already been paid, to cancel the subscription.

Did you put in cc info and subscription plan then?
Like others already said, can't cancel if you haven't actually requested subscription yet.

Well, from where did you buy it? SE EU? SE NA? Other?
SE NA is handled by digital river so it would be to them you should turn for a refund if that's where you ordered from.

as long as you haven't registered any payment options, they can't bill you. Just let it sit inactive if that is what you want to do. Also, I just checked and the option to unregister a payment option is available, so you can always "cancel" that way.

Hope they don't do what EA did with SWTOR and remove the button for a day when everyone's first month cycled lol
