Get used to their lies. They could easily fix this but don't. This is verging on criminal. I still have the same problem here.

So you are a programmer and you know for a fact that this is an easy fix? Time is all they need. Give them more time and it will be fixed stop expecting miracles to happen over night. There is a lot that goes into troubleshooting a problem and then trying to fix it only to find out that it did not completely fix it and that you need more time to start from square one. Patience and the problem will be fixed.

Powering the computer on/off consistently uses more energy than staying on. -Cyber Operator USAF

False statement. While doing this consecutively many times you are correct, powering down a computer for more then 2 mins saves you more energy in the long run. This actually goes back to the old saying about cars. Why do you not shut your car off when you run into the gas station? Because it does cost you more fuel to start the car again then it does to keep it running because the car primes the cylinders when you go to start it. It is not the case with computers though.
