game breaking bug

I am not sure how many people have encountered this but if you accidently drop the trial levequest in limsa line not the main quest that leads to it the one in swiftperch. you cannot get it back by any means and this means you cannot do leves cannot do duty finder dungeons and cannot go passed the lvl 15 envoy missions. I have tried to no avail to get this fixed by SE but have gotten little response and it was only a cookie cutter response at best. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? To re itterate the quest is leves of swiftperch and the issue is the trial levequest for swygskyf not being on journal list
