Toto-rak Dungeon and Quest Bug

After completing Toto-rak for the quest I was viewing the cutscene but was forced out of it and the dungeon, I don't know why. When I went to pass the quest in Buscarron wasn't there. I checked at the Druthers and Little Solace but still can't pass it in. I even tried redoing the dungeon to no avail. I need a GM to reset the quest or complete it for me because I can't continue the story without it.

Steps:
1. I was running Toto-Rak to complete the story quest, Into the Beast's Maw.
2. Once the dungeon was completed I began to view the ending cutscene
3. During the cutscene something happened that forced me to exit the cinematic and consequently dungeon but not of my own accord.
4. Upon proceeding to Little Solace I found that Buscarron was not waiting and does not show up on the map.
5. Re-running the dungeon did not fix the problem.

Please, FF14 GMs, I can't continue my story quest like this. All I need is for someone to reset the quest and I will wait 2 hours for the dungeon queue again. I don't even care about the wait, I just want it fixed so I can continue.

Welp, after doing my hunting logs. I traveled from Eastern Thanalan to the South Shroud and that somehow triggered the cut scene even though I have been in the South Shroud many times. So I guess this is resolved?
