    i just got into the que..started at 18 then went to 17 ( haha no shit) then it gave me 2002 again! for god sake how stupid are they to not have this fixed in 4 days!!!!!!!!!

    Free stuff for early access?

    Does anyone know if they are planning on giving the people that Pre-ordered the game to get early access anything? I think I was able to play about.. 20 min. I've had the game for over a week and I think I'm level 12ish on one class... Just wondering?

    They are just plain under educated.

    Who would think in his great mind mhm...a mmo launch thats pre-ordered like mad..lets only put 5000 connections on each server...

    It was stated quite early in the alpha/beta that the worlds were designed for 5000 concurrent players actually. But of course, they should have used their time machine to see the preorder numbers back then...

    I'm pretty much done with SquareEnix. I grew up on FF games as a 12 year old playing FF7, my first rpg. I was such a huge fan, bought every game after, played every game before but ever since 13 I've seen SE turn to garbage and this game, with it's horrendous launch disappoints me so much. I've gotten to a point where I have separated the good Squaresoft with the horrible SquareEnix. This company won't ever be the same to me again. I'll miss you Squaresoft, SquareEnix...I wish I didn't know you.

    Really, not that I'm trying to defend SE (I've given up on their horrible support too), but just wanted to say- I'm almost positive SE has divided their divisions up across the regions resulting in MUCH better service in JP rather than NA/EU. As an extension, NA players have received horrible and absolutely unacceptable support / communication, which has resulted in a bad image of the company. I would say, the NA division manager should get a serious reprimand. Honestly, the EU players had almost ALL their problems solved over the weekend whereas NA wasn't even available to take questions even though their hours were posted on the support service...
