    When sorry just isn't enough...

    I've been a fan of this company since I was a child. A kid. I was playing RPG's at a very young age and Square Enix (Or Square...) are the reason why.

    I know all games, no matter how big or small, will suffer some form of technical difficulties at some stage, but I'm sick and tired of seeing "We apologize for any inconvenience caused, thank you for your patience".

    I'm sick of seeing that. Sick of it. I have paid so much money over the years for SE games, SO much, and I feel as a customer, I should get more for my money. I hope for their sake, they will give the players, the customers, something pretty damn amazing for all this trouble.

    Totally agree with this, they keep saying this but it means nothing to us.....all we wnat to do is to log on and play when we want instead we just keep getting that statement time and time again.

    Are they going to add extra days at the end of 30days for the downtime....i think not...Sorry....damn there's that word again!

    I would have so much more respect for a company if they would stand up tall and say "We fucked up, but we promise you we will sort it" and that be it! If it means they are going to turn the servers off completely for a day or two, then do it! Just fix it!

    There will need to be some form of compensation to the customers. Their customer service skills aren't were they should be either. Too many negatives, not enough positives.

    i cant stand it that all i did this week was study and TRYING to get into the game...total playtime: 22 minutes!

    They've already confirmed they are giving us an extra week of time once the issues get resolved, and that will happen hopefully this Wednesday.

    I am at a loss for words right now for how frustrated and angry I am about this game!

    Yes I know before anyone starts that there is maintenance to fix this logging problem and server traffic, but do you know what... I've heard the excuses, the sorrys and the lies all too often over the last few years of this company.

    I bet you post wednesday there are still the same old problems that have affected this game right back to version 1.0

    I keep asking myself the question, why am I torturing myself trying to get on this game? just play another or do something else.
    It is a human thing I guess, we always want what we can't have.

    The thing is tho.... I don't know how much longer I can take this punishment and i'm afraid to say if I move on I move on for good.

    It's already been stated that they are considering adding 7 days. They have most likely worded it "considering" as it may be more than 7 days and it depends on the datacenter extension going well.

    They could probably have added the new worlds and extended the lobby/instance servers already if they only skip checking the servers to see if everything seems to run ok, but that would just cause even more problems...

    Actually I don't think 1.0 had this bad of a time.
    I just think everything inside the game itself, ruined 1.0 but yeah I'm getting pretty pissed once more.
    Once I am in the game I'm fine then the times I have to get off, I just know I won't be on for a looong time
    while playing Beat the 1017 boss is my 2nd job...
