Exit Strategy Looking For New Faces

Exit Strategy is a community of gamers that originated back in 2009 in, go figure, World of Warcraft. After being #1 of its server and Top 250 US consistently, time wore away at the guild and it now raids actively as a Top 300 US 10-man guild.

There are about 30-40 active people within the community that are currently playing WoW, as well as a number of misc. games like League of Legends, indie games like Minecraft/Terraria, etc. We all hang out in Ventrilo whenever we're around.

A handful of ES people are currently playing FF and I'm sure more will come. As of now, the entire community is waiting for "the next big thing", something bigger than even FF.

So, with that, we're simply seeking new faces. People we get along with and can actually talk to are our priority over finding the best. Even when we look for great players, we still look for great people. If both of those criteria are not met, they won't last long here.

The plan for raiding is only somewhat clear, in that we know we will not have set nights of raiding, but instead either do it on the fly or actually schedule ahead of time and commit if enough people agree to participate.

At least a little recruitment is important to us so we can fill out the guild with enough people to consistently play with in and out of 4 or 8 man content. Keeping whatever we earn as a collective is in the best interest of both the individual and the group.

We have some young people, but they have a very thick skin and are okay with our "anything goes" atmosphere. I only mention this as a courtesy to people who do not care for that kind of online interaction.
