Hah, I think I was in Sanctum a few years ago when I played Rift. Had a cleric, I think she was named Paraffine, like here. Twas a fun guild, I'd love to join it again in this game.

This sounds like what I've been lookin for as well. Haven't really been in a guild since days of EQ1 and 2, but see it may be the way to go to progress in FFXIV. I noticed someone mentioned a site earlier in this thread, but didn't see a link. I'm a bit of an older gamer, so still have work issues. Can't be on much during week nights, an hour or two. Weekends more flexible. Currently on third conjurer, due to server issues and not liking looks...but always the journey for me, not first to cap. Plan to eventually be a white Mage and a paladin (or warrior)...not necessarily in that order. So, what's the best way to get with someone.

Oh, currently playing on ps3 and loving it, though not opposed to picking up on PC if required.
