A Slew of Problems; 1017 before character selection, 90000, Launcher Errors

A slew of problems decided to shovel down onto me when I hit 30 Marauder approximately 40 minutes ago.

Area and coordinates: Upper La Noscea near Camp Bronze Lake
Steps:
1. Upon hitting level thirty, and being able to generally move around I opted to teleport back to Limsa Lominsa using {Teleport}.
2. While in loading screen the game told me it couldn't connect to the server, (issuing me an error 90000) and promptly disconnected me.

After attempting to log back in, the Launcher begins to become faulty, not loading up correctly, or taking an extended period of time to display.
After finally being able to sign in, and jump into the game, I get to the top screen of the client, and the start button is grayed out, (takes upwards of five minutes to actually become selectable.)

That's if it doesn't issue an error code 2002 telling me the lobby has had an error, and boots me from the client. When I finally get into the character select screen (if I do, sometimes [Most] I Get hit with a 1017 World is currently full error before it even brings up the server list.) It tells me it can't display the NA/EU world server list, or the JP server list, it's random. It seems wildly inconsistent, and frankly it's a little bit annoying to see it behave as if it had some serious attention deficit disorder.

With a restart and further login attempts, some of the issues have subsided, suggesting part of it may have been my cache, but the inability to load the server groups still is present, whether or not that's a client side problem or a server side problem remains to be seen.
