Error 1017 evolved: You wouldn't think it could get any worse...

Error 1017....without even attempting logging in. Wow, holy crap, I honestly didn't think...just wow.

I click on start and doesn't load my character. I thought, oh hey it's either going to be Japanese servers can't be obtained or NA/EU can't be obtained. Nope. It blackscreens with the prompt 1017. I cannot believe this, lol.

I am having the same problem. It is giving me 1017 without even letting me select a character telling me the world is full. It just completely skips that step.... Love this game when it works but it is working less and less by the day and with very little communication about the issue it is turning members of its major fan base against it.... more and more each day

Same, now 1017ed in the lobby, before I can even select a server group.

Same. Got disconnected by a 90000 trying to leave the inn room after logging in, followed by 10102, followed by launcher error, followed by grey start button, followed by normal 1017s, and now this.

I had error 10102, but now I am getting the 1017 before my character loads as you said. I hope they can resolve these log in issues quickly.

ya know it wakes me wonder who is even in the game making the worlds full?? i have not been able to log in for the past 3 days. i got in after spaming the 1017 error for the first two days but that was it.
