No quest for ranking up from Major

I'm actually Major, 2nd hunting log is complete, i go talk the NPC who's in charge of ranking up, he tells me that Colonel Swift is going to give me a trial quest but i don't get any quest.

I've searched everywhere on internet to understand why, looking for another quest i might have missed but no, i've done everything required except that quest that won't pop.

Any ideas?
