The thing that makes me laugh most... which surprisingly hasn't been brought up much on the forums, is the fact that this is the SECOND TIME this game has been released, and has failed miserably. It is absolutely expected for MMOs to have a certain degree of hardship when they first launch, and it is understandable. What is NOT acceptable NOR to be understood is for the same game under the same company to have a re-launch and fall on it's face harder the second time.

This is not SE's first rodeo, but I would be willing to bet it will be it's last.
All I am asking for is a refund.

you might want to send in a support ticket or take the game back to the shop you bought it at since you get a 30 day free trial you havent had to pay a sub fee yet so its just a matter of you returning the game from where you bought it. And if you bought the digital download forget it yourt stuck with it. agreement says you bought it its yours for life no refunds.

Please stop with the whining, cause as you can see, nobody cares that you're quitting, beyond the fact that it means one less undeserving player.

He may be acting like a douche, but he has a VERY valid point.. this launch is a complete and utter flop on its face. They had a 1.5 day open beta, NO stress testing, and literally had EVERY chance to predict this and fix it WELL in advance. Setting records for logins doesnt mean anything at all if they can't actually PLAY the game. As I recall from the 1.0 flop, most of the community said the same crap "oh well good riddance we dont need you." .. guess what... You DO need them. ALL of them. There are ALOT of angry upset players out there right now, and the only thing we're getting as consolation and communication is "oh we sorry!" None of us CARE if your sorry, we CARE about when we can play the game we paid for. I notice you didn't have any 1017 errors when it came time to take the money off my credit card though.

All I'm trying to say here is simple - Telling someone "oh well dont want you." .. is *exactly* how MMO's flop and die.
