    MOG STATION declaring my account is inactive?

    Hey everyone, my issue is that my account is in an "inactive" status, I paid for collector's package and still have yet to receive that as well and now my account is inactive? What can be done concerning these issues because I would really like to play this weekend if possible.

    EDIT: able to enter server 2 but my characters are on server 1 and get an error concerning my mog station, now my "FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector's " code is invalid?

    You need to game to play. If you don't have it, you can't play it.

    Did you by chance play the original FFXIV 1.0? If so, you weren't required to purchase A Realm Reborn. The only way you would get the Collector's Edition Items is to purchase the upgrade from the mogstation. In the mean-time I would request a refund for the $49.99.

    Yes, I was in the beta test 4 and purchased the early access collector's edition of FF.
