Things that need fixed ASAP! (No, it's not what you think!)

Gil/Gold Spammers - Yeah.. this needs to be addressed like.. asap. Putting someone on the blacklist is a MASSIVE pain in the ass, I simply refuse to accept NOBODY thought of this prior to launch. Allow me to provide an example.

WoW - Spammer spams. I click name, hit Report Spam. Game instantly adds player to ignore list, and reports the offender to the GM's

FFXIV - Spammer Spams. I press a key on keyboard to open friends list, I click blacklist tab, I click add player, I type out the very amusingly spelled name (Counting 13 lowercase L's is always fun!) then click add. Then I open ANOTHER menu, make a bunch more clicks, and can FINALLY report the player.

The UI in general. This is hands down my biggest complaint. I have not seen a UI this overly complicated, clunky and downright non-player friendly since... well.. maybe Anarchy Online, if ever. The whole thing is an absolute disorganized mess of epic proportions.

While it's technically part of the UI itself, the Quest Log/Journal is the absolute worst of the worst. This isn't 1995, this isn't 2004.. this is 2013. Lemme give you an example here too...

WoW - My quest log is MINE. I can pick what quests I want to track, have them pop on the map upon tracking, sort them in about 10 different ways, including difficulty, level, zone, dungeon, group etc etc etc. WoW is over 8 years old at this point, and has one of best functioning User Interface ever.

FFXIV - None of the above. You can't even choose which quests to track. Once a quest scrolls off your menu, it's not coming back unless you complete everything you've grabbed since then. Leaving a map and grabbing quests TAKES OFF ALL THE MARKERS from the map if it's not actively tracked on the game screen. Who the HELL thought this was a good idea and approved it?!

I could go on, but honestly I really shouldn't have too. I'll bet a billion dollars everything Im saying has been brought up at LEAST once during the beta/Open beta.

And before one of the trolls starts spouting about "oh go play wow then" - No. Im here. I want to play THIS game, but I refuse to believe this is what SE considers a functioning User Interface.
