I`ve been trying through the Mog Station. I get the same problem

I did NOT purchase a digital copy. I pre-ordered the hard copy (why I don`t know)

I doubt it really matters if in launcher or in mogstation to be honest.. i just had success finally doing it via the game launcher so i suggested that... If you have a hard copy, the registration code should be with the packaging, no??
