And the solution is still not resolved for me.

I continually get the -- The entered code has already been registered. -- error.

I have ordered a physical copy of the game through Amazon, and the game will arrive on Sept. 11

My assumption by now is I`ll have to wait for it and get the code that`s hiding inside..

^^ you're using your Digital Rights code (find this in your email right after you purchased your preorder), and making sure to capitalize all letters on input??

the email is titled: Square-Enix, Inc. - Product Now Available (Order #-----------)

if still not working, i assume that there is perhaps some sort of time period or refresh that takes place for re-registering these codes... and if you wait a bit it will probably work for you as well. that's just a hypothesis on my part.

I do not have one. I only have the copy of my receipt, and the email that contained my promotional code.

i believe it can be re-obtained through another process i underwent by following steps in the support areas... let me try to dig that up for you... just a moment.

I have 5 tickets still waiting to be responded to. One from 3 weeks ago, two from last week, and two from today. Their support is probably the worst I`ve seen, ever.

As of August 30th 2013, users who had early access to FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn are now required to register their game registration code to the FINAL FANTASY XIV Mog Station ( http://sqex.to/Msp ) in order to continue playing.
