Free Company Dedicated to Trades

Foreword:

As you know leveling a DoH and DoL is very time consuming.
With 11 classes altogether to max to 50 you could spend weeks and months on it while juggling real life priorities resulting in the game being a massive time sink. If each person in the guild could specialize in a different class of trade and help each other out then the amount of time you waste could be minimized. You could spend more time beating the crap out of Ifrit or farming that dungeon for the spear you want.

Benefits of the company would include and not limited to:

Materia Melding Efficiency: (doing each other's materia melding because of DoH requirements). Example would be you're a specialized blacksmith but you need materia melded to your lance because it requires a LvL "XX" carpenter (and you're only going to use it for 5 levels but you want that awesome crit rate anyway). Instead of leveling up the skill you could ask a carpenter to do it for you while you provide the materias needed and a "thank you" or vice versa.

Weapon Creation Costs: Self explanatory, provide the materials and the man will provide you with an Shield that would've cost you "XXXX" amount of gil on the market board but instead he made it for you for "XX" amount.

Hand Me Down Protocol: Great you've leveled your carpentry to 50 and you want to get into Blacksmithing. You don't know what to do, the basics nor the efficient way to level up. So what do you do? You ask the blacksmith specialize to give you some tools he doesn't need and a minute of his time to explain to you the best way to level.

Exp: Maybe you like helping people-alot. While it's not much but if you keep crafting things for people you might just level up once or twice. You'll never know! but then again I actually don't know.

Community: Yea this one isn't really a benefit but I'm going to put it in anyway. Look we play together, we work together and make awesome stuff together. I'll rather get off the computer happy and satisfied knowing that someone made me a new lance, a hat and some pants instead of feeling drained, bored and unfulfilled having had to spend 4 hours leveling up weaving to get the same gear that you're only going to use for 2 days.

Each trade will be have it's own Branch manager to answer to resulting in a more efficient way of communicating.

There will be a total of 11 management positions with a additional 2 support positions for each trade.

Titan Fist: Blacksmith
Wood Breaker: Carpenter
Gold Digger: Goldsmith
Protectorate: Armourer
The Scientist:Alchemist
Head Chef: Culinary
Armani: Weaver
Skinner: Leatherworker

DoL

Abyss Guardian: Miner
Nature's Chosen: Botanist
King Fisher: Fishing

from personal experience, youll ended doing all of it anyway, especially since the high level recipe is usually a cross class one, needing mats and specialty from several other classes

You have a point but that is after hours of gameplay that some more casual players cannot afford. Simply this FC is designed to give accessibility towards things like items, materia melding and equipment allowing a more enjoyable and less time consuming experience of the game. Anyway anyone that has interests in crafting I welcome you .
