    Has 1017 gotten bigger or another un-named error?

    Okay, here's what happens.

    I log into my account and the game starts, so I have the title screen with Start, Opening Movie, Configuration, Exit. I press Start, it goes to the blue swirly screen that your characters show up on. But no characters are showing. After a minute or two it boots me out with an error 1017, server is full. I hadn't even had the chance to attempt to log in with a character, how can the server be full?

    Hmmm, this is an improvement to the 10102 I've been getting for the last 2 hours. Maybe in another 2 hours I'll be able to play.

    ive had this exact same thing happening to me i havent even selected a server or character and when i hit start i get a 1017 error, im pretty sure it was a preemptive 1017 and if i attempt to log in ill get another 1017 and se has a whole bag of 1017 with my name on it.

    I am getting a range of 1017, 2002, and so on errors. Was playing fine for an hour and have been trying for three to log back in now.

    Yea, first Saturday since launch and everyone's trying to log on. Their servers can't handle it and all the customers are getting angry. SE didn't have any idea that there would be so many worldwide players that wanted to play their game based on the numbers from the Open Beta and Legacy Players. I heard over 300,000 people logged in just for the Open Beta. Probably well over a million copies sold worldwide for this game.

    The game totally just crashed for me while doing a fate. No error message or anything, just back to the XMB ps3 screen instantly.

    Now of course I cant get back in... 1017, 2002 etc...

    Having same issue on Balmung
    also now is not even updating my NA list... This seriously has too stop, tired for 1017 and now a 2002???
