Why cant I post to General Forum?

I get this error:
"New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough."

I have not made any posts today and my characters level is 22.

What gives?

I get the same message. Guess se doesn't want anyone to be able to post because let's face it, most of it would be negative at this point

My point is what is the max post count (cause unless its 5 then ive not hit it, check my profile) or what is the minimum level?
