No really, I'm not trying to just vent here. I really feel like I have to say it, because this is bad customer service through and through. If you deliver a bad product, late on delivery, or screwed up something, you gotta at least communicate with customer. What Square is doing here is as if I'm 2 hours late delivering a sausage pizza to your door when you wanted pepperoni. You ask what the hell, and instead of saying anything, I just look at you blankly for a few seconds, turn around and walk away without saying anything.

7 days later I randomly show up to your home late at night and deliver you the pepperoni pizza.
