    The lack of communication frustrates me more than the constant Server Issues.

    Servers have been down for a few hours now and we haven't heard a peep from Square. If you can't even give us an ETA on when they'll be back up, at least tell us what's going on. Let us know there's a light at the end of the tunnel. It's been over a week with these server and log in issues. We've been more than patient with you, just give us a break here. I'm not asking you to bring the servers back up cause I'm sure you're working on it, but please at least communicate with your consumers.

    No really, I'm not trying to just vent here. I really feel like I have to say it, because this is bad customer service through and through. If you deliver a bad product, late on delivery, or screwed up something, you gotta at least communicate with customer. What Square is doing here is as if I'm 2 hours late delivering a sausage pizza to your door when you wanted pepperoni. You ask what the hell, and instead of saying anything, I just look at you blankly for a few seconds, turn around and walk away without saying anything.

    7 days later I randomly show up to your home late at night and deliver you the pepperoni pizza.
