Level restriction on posting at Forums

These absolutely un-necessary level requirements and posting requirements need to go out the damn window, because it is absolutely frustrating when I cannot speak my mind about how stupid something is, such as requiring archer for the black mage class, instead of arcanist like I've read almost everywhere, including on these here forums.

Sounds like a personal problem... why would you believe anyone when no one had done the quests and they were clearly speaking out of their ass? If anyone is to blame, its you for not using common sense. Arcanist wasn't in 1.0, nor was Arcanist in phase 3. Why would anyone say that the requirement was arcanist with no proof?
