well now that sounds like a problem, sorry to hear you can't play. Could be a number of things, possibly something small like a certain background program running or something. Customer support is still piled in complaints and problems right now, so doubt you get an answer anytime soon from them. Have you posted your pc specs and the problem occurring in tech support/bugs?

Do a complete reinstall of the game, if that doesn't fix it then it is, in fact, your computer. You'll probably want to look into bluescreen viewer, loose cables, what not.
