Sub menu: I want it here, but I don't want it there!

Hi. This is a petition of sorts that I wish could be taken into consideration and is in half only related to gamepad users.

1: X click.
I find it really irksome that clicking with "X" on other players opens the sub-menu as setting a permanent target is done with "X" aswell. The sub-menu already opens with "Square" so I see no reason for this cumbersome X click! It's very annoying when it pops mid battle when healing.

2: Companion dismissal
I'd love to dismiss my companions by choosing a sub-menu option in the party list. I know that it currently "sort of" works that way, but if you are in town you need to actually use the dismiss button since you can't target your chocobo and thus are unable to dismiss him that way.

3: Leaving and dissolving a party
I'd love to be able to leave or dissolve my party through a sub-menu in the party list. Going into the social list is very cumbersome. And typing isn't really quite the same if you are just on your gamepad.

4: Using keyitem on destination points
In leves in which you have to use certain keyitem on an designated place (like in Saving Bessy) there is no sub-menu to use the keyitem. You can't just straight click it to use it either. You need to go to the duty quick list and click on the item from there. This is highly unintuitive.
