I try to load ff14 arr up and it force shuts down my pc now that's real bad lol nothing wrong with my pc so its defo something wrong with ff14 arr

Do a complete reinstall of the game, if that doesn't fix it then it is, in fact, your computer. You'll probably want to look into bluescreen viewer, loose cables, what not.
