I am a UK player with BT and have had all the logging and getting kicked problems that all the rest of the world has but I think because of my ISP I am finding that from 5pm to 3am I cannot even see the servers. This happens every day, even when I can get in I get told to try back later when there's a space available (?). Or If I get queued (1 in 100 login attempts) I get either booted straight away or I get booted 15 minutes down the line.

I am really starved for accurate information as according to the official statements these "technical difficulties" are either being addressed or have already been addressed and the server list always shows green. And no matter which "difficulties" have been "addressed" I always get the same errors.

Are there any other Uk players who are having similar problems?

Please not that I am aware that this is being worked on but as a paying customer I have a right, a duty even to complain and demand accurate information. Without complaints the company would not have any feedback on their actions. If we sit and wait without saying anything then we ignore the great value these companies now put on social media and forums. So moan long and moan loud and let square know that they need to give us plentiful, accurate information so we can either wait or make the decision to get our money back as is our right as consumers.
