WHM running out of mana

I have this issue a lot. I usually spam cure I for freecure. if it gets to be too much, use cure II when necessary. On mobs, you usually don't run out of mana and for bosses, a back-and-forth strategy between cure I and cure II works well up to and through Titan so far. Use high ether as soon as you run out of mp to get it's full use. use the appropriate heals based on how much hp the target has lost. Hope this helps

Titan becomes a push over once you get Regen. My first go at him I didn't have it, and it was toughish. My 2nd time helping a friend I had Regen, and the Regen easily can keep you and your DPS up through all the AoE (including the 2 big ones). Then its just mostly cure 1's and maybe a cure 2 if you got stuck in a rock and your dps was slow to get you out.

It helps if you have a BRD in your party, but so far I've only seen 1 BRD actually bother to use it in any of my parties.

Boss really doesn't do much damage to DPS except when he jump to the center. Make sure your party doesn't stand in the middle tank take 1k dmg.

If your tank is not undergeared, you should have no problem spam cure/regen without using Cure II.

As for DPS, just make sure they are not below ~800hp and instant dead by boss jump.

Stop using ae-heal if its Not necessary. U only Need them in the last phase of the Fight When Titan uses his double ae. You can Easy heal everything with vita. Additionally stop overheal.

as most people said, cure I or II till you get a free proc
I try to not use the aoe heal because it doesn't feel like its worth its cost to me.

Also try to not heal the dps as much (dont let them die) and focus more on the tank, the passive regen can usually top the dps off if they're not taking direct hits. I usually only heal them below half health if they're not being touched by big hits.

For ether pots, try prepotting if you feel like you're having to spam alot. So instead of using a pot when you need it, use it when youre at like 75% mana, and off cd after that. It'll work like a running pot instead of you crying for the cd to be over.

The canceling is basically just to help save the mana so you don't expend it mindlessly

Yeah, I run out too. I have +6 in PIE, +6 in VIT and +12 in MND. I'm ok at this point, but I do run out. It's also people who dies on their own, that like to blame Healers(Tank), wants you to spam. I feel I shouldn't have to when you're at full health. I have a whole Team to look after.

I'm currently level 33 and have had issues here and there too. I just healed the last boss of Brayflox's Longstop and ended up oom with Hi-ether still on cool down, (I pre-potted at about 70%, I heard the fight could be long because the boss has regen). I didn't use medica once, it was all cure 1, cure 2, and esuna to remove the poison from people. Nobody took any unnecessary damage. I don't know if the dps were doing good damage or not, they seemed fine. We didn't wipe, but for a little bit there I was stuck waiting to regen enough mp just to cast cure 1 and hope for a free cure proc. This has happened to me at least one other time on a dungeon boss fight before.

I checked all the cross class abilities, seems like there isn't anything available that could help with mp issues. Just my two cents, but I can't understand why Hi-ether provides so little mp while being on a 3 minute cool down.

Brayflox's Longstop last boss issues stuff

That last boss really gives me a headache, too. The boss doesn't have regen but if he stands on the poison pools he heals up quickly. I am ALWAYS totally out of MP during this fight and frantically hitting cure to proc a Freecure in the end. I think for a WHM this fight comes down to a lot of luck as well as a good group of Tank and dps tbh. But of course it's always the healer that gets blamed :/ I really don't think as WHM you can do anything else - or maybe I just suck :/
