Little question (bug or not)

Little noob question about bonus points for stats. The help message in the game said we get them each lvl but it seems it works only each 2 lvls or something like that because after 3 points at 10 lvl i didnt get any points at 13lvl(not sure about 11 and 12 - didnt check), then got 1 at 14, then no points again at 15. So is it bugged or it's supposed to work that way?

The wording is tricky.
Every time you level up, you gain a point in every attribute. This is automatic.

You gain 3 Bonus Points at level 10.
You gain 1 Bonus Point every EVEN level (12, 14, 16, ...).
I ~THINK~ you gain 3 Bonus Points even 10th level (10, 20, 30) but I honestly have not been paying attention and this may be wrong.

??really? because I am sitting at 7 bonus points. Course I haven't been able to log in for a while so yeah.(gladiator is lvl 17 btw)
