


I know what adrenaline is. I just don't think the idea of rats hovering around a timed pellet machine is what we would want to give to the dev team as "addictive gameplay". It's certainly not my idea of it.Yes, adrenaline. You know the rush you get when you see a unique monster? There's none of this with the current system. Maybe lottery spawn isn't the best way of creating the same sort of tension, but right now FFXIV is lacking in it. I can only offer my observations on what makes for addictive gameplay for me. Some people don't want world NMs at all, and would like to see everything instanced.
