Please add lottery spawn NMs in the future ^^

no matter what you say in the end, everyone will end up having all the gear if they go after it. Just because an item is "hard to get" don't mean ppl will not get it. I seen tomes of ppl with "rare" items. Like kirin top is like a dime a dozen. Same for various other stuff. The only way to call an item rare is if it is in limited quanities like 1 time event rewards. Like the matador style buffolo event where you got the +emn sash. But with mmo nearly all items are avalible to everyone it is jusyt getting it.

@ nero not to sound rude, but try not to bring in drama from "the other thread" alot of ppl dislike lotto spawns cuz its boring. You get lucky or you don't.
And zen I tried farming like that and still wasn't lucky. Thats why i think the wide scan theory is iffy. Not the ph thing.

Well actually i dont know if you can say "a lot dont like it" because its boring. How can it be boring if SE give you a challenge? Either you win it or you dont.. Dont you think it would be nice for people if they could say: "YES i won this challenge"?

AND beside that.. i NEVER got Leaping boots. I got loads of Stuff, all i want actually.. all i needed for my Jobs.. but one thing i never got.. Leaping boots. I could have go over it but i tried again and again since i wanted it to drop finally, you know.

Umm... of course if you go after an item and put the effort in to get it... you'll get it. That doesn't in any way change the fact that it's rare. You could spend hours and hours and get every item in the game... but rare items (read: more difficult to obtain) would still be rare. It's not whether you can get it... it's how common it is to see and how much effort it takes to obtain it.

It's not whether you can get it... it's how common it is to see and how much effort it takes to obtain it.

Reducing accessibility of content (and absolutely overcamped lottery spawns are just that) isn't the right way to make certain pieces of loot rare. Introducing actually challenging content that requires to be mastered is.

Besides, we should care about making the game fun and active, not to make it more boring and less active in order to prevent other people to get the same shinies we have.
